We meet at Main Street Boat Dock (Behind Morimoto), 670 Main Street, Napa Ca 94559, which is very close to Downtown Napa. We start and end the tour at the same location. We are a mobile company. During the weekends we are usually there all day.

Enjoy Napa Valley charges the full balance at the time of booking with a $25 per person non-refundable deposit, included in the price.

Any cancellations made more than 3 days prior to the tour or rental will be refunded the balance of their tour or rental, less the $25 per person deposit.

Any cancellations made within 3 days of the tour will be charged the full tour or rental price and will not be eligible for a refund.

Any Rescheduled Tours or Rentals made more than 3 days prior to the tour or rental will be done free of charge.

Any Rescheduled Tours or Rentals made within 3 days of the tour or rental will be charged a 1 time Flat re-booking fee of $25.00

ALL Expired Discount Codes or Vouchers from 3rd Party Website are valid only for the face value (the amount you paid) once they have expired.

If you miss your scheduled tour because you were late, you will be charged the full amount of the tour or rental. If you paid with a voucher, it may be considered redeemed, depending on the terms and conditions of the 3rd party website you purchased it from. Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes early and plan for delays and traffic.

All customers will receive 24 hours advance notice via email and/or phone if
the tour or rental is canceled due to weather conditions. If you want to reschedule due to weather conditions, contact us. If you want a Refund due to weather, email enjoynapavalley@gmail.com
